Community Clay – Kids Holiday Clay Class

This Clay Hand Building pottery class will. Be relaxing, fun and create some special memories with their kids and family members. The DACC studio is a great place for this 1.5 hour class! The class will run from 11 to 12:30 pm, then you can go for a bite to eat at one of our great local eateries.
A experienced Ceramics teacher will teach you all the techniques you need to be able to hand-make a piece of pottery. After the class, we’ll bring your piece back to Glaze Galleria to completely dry out; we’ll then bisque fire, glaze and finally glaze your pottery. We’ll give you a choice from 4 glaze colours for the glazing.
The finished pottery will be ready to pick up in about 5 to 6 weeks time.
Final pieces will be food, microwave & dishwasher safe.
